Hoorays!!! I've completed my first 3 masterpieces for my CAP!!! Here's my 1st one, quite "emo" actually lolx...It's an inspiration from a true story that happened on my friend...

Title: Forgive me, sister?

When I was one, you weren’t born yet.
Innocent, I didn’t know, the special “gift” I would get.

When I was two, alas, you were born,
I gave you my look, pouting with scorn.

When I was three, you ruined my expensive toy,
Who cares how I felt? Yet to you, such joy.

When I was four, you moved in with me,
You messed up my room, and then giggled with glee.

When I was five, you took a toy gun,
Hit my small head, yet you though it was fun.

When I was six, you took out a pen,
Took the chance when I slept, and drew on my hand.

When I was seven, you bruised your poor knee,
Your fault that you ran, but the blame was on me.

When I was eight, and my temperature shot high,
You made a din on purpose; don’t you think that was sly?

When I was nine, on your first day of school,
You cried for my mother, and I cried too.

When I was ten, you’d bug me all day.
Busy, I was, yet you still wanted to play.

When I was eleven, I hurt you for sure
I blurted out loud, “I hate you, my sister!”

When I was twelve, when I woke up one morning,
You were lying motionlessly on your bed; I knew it was time for mourning.

My whole world came crashing down,
As I looked shamefully at the ground.
Your porcelain face through the looking glass,
Reminding me how my chance had passed.

How I judged you based on 12 short years,
How I never bothered to dry your tears,
How I snapped at you whenever I could
How I never loved you when I knew I should.
As I looked up at the sky, a rainbow appeared,
I heard a voice, a voice I had feared,
But not now…

The voice said,
“I’m really sorry,
I was never you perfect sister, never ever,
Thus from this day on, I shall watch over you,
And take good care of you forever…”

My tears fell down like droplets of rain,
My heart shattered, I could feel the pain,
I replied,
“My dear sister, I’ve really wronged you,
I can’t forgive myself, but I hope you do…”

Yup, that's it. I copied and pasted it from my word doc. The 2nd and 3rd poem has not been typed out yet lolx...The titles are "Mirror" and "Come to my bright side" But also quite emo xDD

Tomorrow is such a day 2 look forward to!!!xDDD
-Science Test =(( Mrs Chu wants the whole class to get 90%!!! WHAT??? No way I can do it, but I"LL TRY =)) I'm really studying for it, looking for websites on the Net. =))
-Promoting the 2 new class activities to KEZO xDDD
I really hope that these can bond the class more...1st one: Writing the bad+good points of the other 24 classmates anonymously. Then the class com will collate the results and give out a sheet of paper to everyone, containing what the other 24 people wrote about themselves...
Of course, in no particular order and the best thing, anonymous...
Minimum 1 good point+1 bad point, maximum 5 for each xDDD
2nd one: Something like angel and mortal, only it's not anonymous and we don't need to pay a single $$!!! We draw lots and write letters, so we'll have 2 penpals, the one you picked and the one who picked you =))
This bright idea was by our sehcretary, Ashlynn xDDD
-Yr 2 seniors are gonna teach Yr 1s diagonal lash, how to climb UP the monkey bar and OVER the wall(at the fitness area) xDDD
I can't wait to learn!!! And i'm obssesed with my square lash and polishing my enrolment badge lolx. Yesterday I was altering my guides skirt because it was too long and I nearly tripped over while walking. I SEWED IT ON MY OWN!!! xDDD
I was also practising my square lash on two pencils using the precious "masheng" which the Yr 4s gave to the Yr 1s during the passing down. The way they "shou sheng' was soooo professional!!! It's like when you buy the thread for sewing at those shops. I think it's easier for me to tie the square lash on a structure because I can "chou sheng" as much as I can and not break the "mu"!!
LOLx, I nearly broke my wooden pencils...
And I was also looking at the DHSCOY blog, I still miss them =((
At first when the Yr4s gave us the "masheng" + the stack of notes, I didn't know why they would give "masheng" to us when they knew we already had the one attached to our belts...So the reason is because they want us to practise and make guides super seh!!!...so sweet...
I'm so elated about our EDD results!!! Can't stop being happy about it!!!

Whoohoo, my mealworm has turned into a beetle!!! 3 cheers for beetle!!*clap x5* lolx, i'm crazy...
I have also finished my report on the experiment on the mealworm which is to be handed in next week...COOL!!! I think mine is one of those which have turned into a beetle!!!
So on mon, i'm gonna set it free!!!
FREEDOM!!! xDDD
Anyway, last friday when the guides activity was cancelled, my Yr 2 seniors actually wanted to teach Patrol 6 Yr 1s to climb UP the monkey bar and climb OVER the wall.
The sound of it was sooo tempting...But a pity it was raining DDDx
So we didn't learn it...
I don't know why, but I really think Dunman High, Kezo and Guides have changed me...
Now, I'm more outspoken and take more initiative to lead(I think). And I'm beginning to loooovvve more of the outdoors!!! I'm falling in love wif physical training xDDD
Anyway, some people in Kezo are complainin that we are not bonded enough...DDx
So Ashlynn, the secretary, and I have come up with some solutions, but I'm not gonna elaborate on them until we get the rest of the class com's approval...

太好了！IDMI 的专题作业已经完成和呈现了！真是让我送了一

口气！

现在要担心的是我们组的成绩。

我真希望我们今天呈现的作品能达到评判们的要求，使他们满

意。

我们的成绩会在科学和地理学的成绩里占20%， 所以对我们来说

是不能若无其事的。

由于在呈现作品之间出现了许多问题， 我们的表现因此而被影

响了。

我们为Bollywood Veggies Farm 拍的广告也受到了影响，所以没

办法，我们必须当场表演给评判们和其他班的同学们看。

虽然这次的呈现使组员们当时感到惊慌失措，但我从中吸取了经

验。

以后，我一定会把作品存在两种软件，所以万一有什么出乎意料

的事情发生，我们就不会那么焦急了。

其实，我发现自从我进入了德明政府中学，我对华文有了更浓厚

的兴趣，所以我就更常用华文打字了。

我们明天女童军的活动被取消了，那是因为我们在East Division

Day表现的非常突出，赢得了几杯冠军和亚军，所以老师就奖赏

我们。

我觉得自己越来越爱女童军了， 我总是盼望每一项活动。

Hellos, I came back from my stayover in school at 9am. It was a very memorable night, the last night we would be spending with our Yr 4 seniors =(
After school, we were given time to prepare and rehearse our item. Then suddenly at 4pm, the Yr 1s & 2s were called to change to our guides uniform and jihe at the parade square...
That was the first time I ever wore my guides uniform in a guides activity. We were given 10 mins to change, but we took more then 13 mins...
Then the Yr 4s did a spot check on our uniforms to see if there were any mistakes...A lot of us were made to push the floor 5 times...LOLx
After that we got back to our rehearsals, and assembled at 4.55pm.
Our Patrol Leaders taught the Yr 1s the steps for the enrolment. It seemed quite complicated at first, but we managed to get the gyst of it under the patient guidance of our PLs.
Our Patrol Second, Wendy, saw that my hair was quite messy and tied it up again. She tied it quite high and I wasn't used to it, but Nicole saw me and commented that it was nice, hahas...
Then, it was dinnertime!!!
We had a buffet which we had paid $5 for in advance, it was delicious, especially the cherry tart. Wendy ate tart after tart because she liked it so much, LOLx.
After dinner, we had a rehearsal for the enrolment as a whole company in the parade square.
Then, the actual enrolment ceremony was held in the hall. After the enrolment ceremony was the passing down ceremony from the Yr 4 guides to the Yr 3s. So it meant that we now have Yr 3s as CL, ACL, PL, etc.
The two batches of guides hugged and cried and took some photos for memories. I felt like crying too, because it would seem weird without our friendly PL and PS, Jean and Wendy.
After we took our patrol photo, the farewell performance commenced.
We did a mass dance taught by 3 brave Yr 3 guides, Stephanie, Hannah(sp?) and Kelly.
After the mass dance were the items put up by each standard. I was amused at one part of the Yr 3s skit, when one of my Yr 3 seniors, Jia Wen, sang the chorus of the song "Umbrella" by Rihanna and danced to it with an umbrella. She is really born to be an entertainer, hahas.
We also viewed a few slideshows of photos taken throughout the years when the Yr 4s were in guides, including some when they were Yr 1s. They looked so different, especially their hairstyles.
After bathing, our patrol time was spent exchanging gifts and telling jokes under the night sky at the parade square. Jean and Wendy gave us a 2008 calendar with our patrol photos and the Yr 2s gave us animals that were sewn using felt.
I took a look at the patrol photos and saw one with our Yr 2s when they were Yr 1s last year. Pearlyn had a very straight and cute fringe, Kimberley had adorable green spectacles and Zhen Ling had her fringe clipped neatly all the way back.
Jean and Wendy also wrote some well wishes for us on the back of the calendar with a black permanent marker. Time really flies when you are having fun.
So now our new Yr 3 PL and PS are Jia Wen and Jia Jia respectively. Our other Yr 3s, Xin Yi and Ovidia were also PS, but they had to go to another patrol =(
Our new CL is Stephanie while our new ACL is Sin Hui.
Well, six months have passed by very quickly, soon, the new batch of Yr 1s will be joining next year. So we have to read our notes diligently and pass the "master skills" to them next year, LOLx...

But of course i'm going to school tomorrow!=)
Anyway, I was supposed to meet up with my friends for a history project, but because of my sickness, I had to stay at home, stay on the computer to send info to them...

I can't wait for the ENROLMENT!!!!! Our dress code is not very flamboyant of course.
Just our school uniform with cute, bright coloured scarves to be draped over the collar!!! whoohoo!!!
