Hello today I shall post about foooooooooood!!!!
It seems like I have never ever ever posted anything about food yeah?
I love food wheeee!!!!
LOL today we had eastbc reunion lunch.
Individual steamboat kind of thing.
At Hotpot culture.
Ate and ate and ate and ate!
And including desserts!
Fondue ahhhhh....
Ice cream.....
LOL.
And than we changed some worship songs to dedicate to food.
LOL.
Like "I will live to
love eat you" and etc etc.
Anyway today I went for my very very very first y-hope choir practise before service.
With Sam(:
quite fun cos the songs we sang were very nice.
The part about harmonisation was difficult but the result was really nice.
I love it! :D
Whooo I got another sheep :D
Hui hsien!!!!
Now both of my sheeps are from 2Helea.
Don't you think it's so coincidental?
2H was the class I was posted to during their orientation last year.
As in of course they were called 1Helea last year luh.
And now BOTH sheeps are from 2H!
It's probably another of God's plans :D
Never by chance.
Anyway I shall post about CNY dinner on Friday!

We had so much fun laughing over teachers, school stuff and................and................and....................ZISHAN!!!!! :D

Okay I totally screwed the HCL newspaper article presentation today -.-
From the very beginning it went haywire.
Thank God it was the last period.
Thank God is so over now phew.
Okay here goes.

Tomorrow's back to school O.o

Well it's celebaration tomorrow so no lessons whee!
Got songleaders' after that.
Can't believe February is coming so soon.
It's like yesterday when it was Christmas.
And now it's just less than 5 days from February.
Well my wish for the new year would be that people don't judge my past.
What's gone is gone.
Let's move on people.
Everytime something reminds me of my past, I'd feel really awkward.

Anyway today I learnt a new catchline from my sheep.
I am so inspired by her.
Well, shepherding is a two way process, you learn from your sheep and your sheep learns from you :D
Cos today Jess said Siyao was the beauty queen of Eastbee2 for this week, and that we would do whatever she asked us to.
Then siyao said, "I am a leader to serve, not a leader to be served"
Then we all went, "woahhhhh!!!!"
hahahahahaha.
Yup that shall be added to my list of quotable quotes! :D
Printing songleaders' song lyrics now lol.
The songleaders' list changed again.
For guides it's still the same.
But the other UGs like changed quite a few.
So now I'm not very sure who's in it either lol.
Here's something very random but true:
5 reasons why Cherisse is not considered a genius:1) She once commented on a pigeon,"wow that bird has a big tummy, isit pregnant?" -.- (you should know that birds lay eggs, and she only realised it after she made that comment)
2) She got 15/20 for her maths pop quiz, the class average was 16.8, which means she's below average. (but she ain't sad)
3) She took 15 minutes to correctly pronounce a junior's name.
4) She didn't get any overall A+s for any subjects last year.
5) She took 1 week to understand the difference between primary and secondary industry.

In the morning I went to that big open area at 4th level next to 3K, and I played guitar with Tabs.
Then we did qt lol.
The riverlife church caregroup came and did prayer meet.
I saw 3 people I
know.
Lihui(guides senior), Grace(guides junior) and Clara(3J classmate)!
woah!!! :D
Today met up for songleaders' after school.
Supposed to have 20 people in total.
But not all came cos they had some other stuff.
From guides got Jiamin, Weixin, Eileen, Sherly and me.
Then from scouts I think got Cheng Kai, Mervyn, Yi Chen, Jing Pei, Shu Lin.
Npcc got Shu Ling, Kiara(sp?), Jing Ghee(sp?), Wei Qi, Daniel.
Sjab got Tabitha, Samantha, Marcus, Yong Sheng, Yu Feng.
Okay I had a hard time trying to pronounce some names lol.
Sorry to those people :/
But hey I can remember your names very well okayy :D
haha.
tomorrow got 3rd lang.

Btw my sheep's birthday is on 26th May!
Mine is 4 days away whee!
And I tell you ah my birthday is on open house day -.-
Ohohoh and 26th May is also lynette and tabitha's birthday!!

Got Guides tomorrow.

Today was really a happening day.
It was the day when I had to step out of my comfort zone(s).
In chronological order:First lesson was maths.
Then our teacher wanted someone to go up to the whiteboard to write his/her answer for a question.
Nobody volunteered.
The whole class stoned for about a minute or so.
Then she was getting a bit pissed.
Usually if nobody volunteered, I wouldn't either lol.
I have
never ever ever volunteered to do a maths question on the board.
I don't know why today something jsut pushed me to go up and do it.
I was really scared okay.
Like I said, I have never volunteered to do any maths question.
Unless teacher called me up but that's not counted.
Great.
I've done something for the first time.
After recess was PC lesson.
But since the notes weren't ready yet, we did some class admin stuff.
Then our form teacher suddenly said she wanted to change places.
And as you know I
used to be sitting in a very comfy area with people I know all around me.
My classmates, cca mates, jap class mates and etc.
Then he lao shi moved me all the way to the front to sit next to a PRC called Zi Jun.
She is really really friendly(:
But yeah it's another step out of another comfort zone cos now I have no choice but to use chinese to converse with her during lessons.
And I have
never ever ever spoken a single sentence of chinese during lessons.
Even chinese lessons.
Unless I'm being told by the teacher to share my answer with the class.
Okay so now I'm gonna start trying to adapt.
After PC was HCL.
We had this game that was similar to charates.
A chengyu or ciyu would be flashed on the screen, and 1
lucky unlucky chosen person would either have to act it out if it was act-able, if not just explain it.
And so he lao shi called the first group of people to stand up and play it one by one, then you can sit down.
The people with short hair and without specs.
Then the second batch of people.
The people with collar pins -.-
And as you know I have that guides trefoil pinned on my left collar.
It beautifies the uniform okayy.
But today it got me in trouble.
I have
never ever ever done weird actions or played charates in front of my class before.
I mean a class which I'm new too.
So today it's my first time playing charates.
3 comfort zones ahh.
Anyway you know for UG campfire?
All UG people in 2K '08 are songleaders.
If Zong Long is inside too then whoohoo we have 2K UG reunion.
LOL sorry I'm being lame again :D

CCA Orientation is over.
I was really scared and nervous.
Felt like vomiting lol.
Okay now I'm relieved.

And it ends like 3+ for Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays.
But yeah this is year 3 life so I have nothing to say.
I shall be nice and not complain :D
Very scared luh.
I don't know why.
I feel a little uneasy now.
Like a premonition of something bad that's gonna happen.
But anyways perhaps I'm just thinking too much.
Anyway on monday I bought a guitar from Sing Rue cos she didn't need anymore.
So I tried abit.
Fingers hurt.
But it's normal haha.
I'm doing holy com for cg this week but I don't know how to do it D:
Lord please help me.
And we have a very special visitor visiting us for cg on friday yay!
Shall not reveal who it is :D
Anyway this saturday is the tour thing.
It's for the parents.

Today was an okay okay day.
Had school tour speech in the morning.
My group with Xanicia, Phoebe and Charmaine introduced the general office, auditorium and zhengxinyuan.
Some classes were very responsive yay.
But some didn't listen D:
but it's okayy ;D
Anyway it's sad that I can't join my class D:
but nevermind.
God has a reason why I'm not joining my class.
And I told you, faith is believing in things unseen.
I had faith that I won't (you know what I mean), and I really didn't :D
Anyway after that was orientation prep.
Saw my old UG classmates and my new UG classmates LOL.
kept falling down D:
sighs.
nevermind.
I'm not a very physical kind of person but at least I know I tried(:
And this will be a good experience like for OJ when we have to tie it again.
Imagine if I wasn't inside, then my first time would be earliest during COJ o.O

Went to my new class yesterday.
Hmmm got nothing much to say cos we didn't really play any icebreaker games yet.
Only some group intro thing.
As in we were broken into 6 groups.
So my group had Sylvia, Wen Yi, Geraldine, Sally and Yi Feng.
All I can say was that 3J was quite quiet haha.
I didn't really expect it to be that quiet.
But anyway it was the first day so I guess being quiet is kinda okay yeah :D
I shy mah.
haha.
Maybe we'll open up more during the orientation games.
The problem now is that my form teacher speaks chinese.
Chinese.
Oh no I'm going to stutter and hesitate alot D:
Well but, nevermind.
After that went with Sally to teach the sec2s knots and lashes.
All the other patrols were there too.
Let me praise the p6 sec2s here abit.
They were great!!!! :D

cos it means that time is passing very very quickly :(
Okay stop emoing.
Anyway around the last hour of practising, Pinqi suggested that we build gadgets.
So p6 joined p5 to build an improvised shoe rack.
And end up P1&2, P3&4 also did the same haha.
Cos all the different patrols had at least one person from ATC P2.
So after that we had orientation prep.
Had 3 dry runs for the performances.
It was scary.
No need to elaborate.
All those present would have seen.

Zhen Ling just sent all of us a very heartbreaking sms :(
part of it goes like:
"6 more months left with you all..."I hadn't realised that 6 months had passed since the
sec4s year 5s passing down.
It was just practically just yesterday when I was sec2.
Now, my juniors are sec2s already.
I'm not looking forward to PLTC.
Cos PLTC means passing down 1 month later :(((
